Sandra is the Managing Director of the company and has over 20 years experience within the social care sector, starting her career in social care as a support worker. Sandra co-ordinates all care delivery, matching support workers to clients, and to suit client's needs. Sandra is also the Nominated Individual of the company, with responsibilities to the Care Quality Commission, and for supervising teh management of the provision of regulated activities.
Alison, the Registered Manager, has been employed within health and social care for several years. During this time Alison has gained valuable experience of managing people and was instrumental in developing staff training programmes and policies and procedures. Alison completed a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care in 2013, passing with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science, Health Studies with first class honours in 2015. Jessica is the General Manager, Jessica's main responsibilities include liaising with clients and, health and social care professionals, working in partnership with other health and social care professionsl, to assess client's individual needs and ensure delivery of a quality and tailored package of care.
Alice and Jenni are the company's Senior Support Workers and have many years of experience in the social care sector. The senior support workers provide support to the company's clients, management team and support workers.
All Support Workers are provided with comprehensive training to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high quality care and support to all clients and their families. Support workers, who are new to care, are required to complete the Care Certificate, this qualification was introduced in April 2015 and covers 15 standards, as specified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to ensure high standards of person centred care.
