Sandra is the Managing Director of the company and has more than 25 years experience of working within the social care sector, starting her career in social care as a support worker. Sandra co-ordinates all care delivery, matching support workers to clients, and to suit client's needs. Sandra is also the Nominated Individual of the company, with responsibilities to the Care Quality Commission, and for supervising the management of the provision of regulated activities.
Jessica is the company's General Manager. Jessica's main responsibilities include liaising with clients and working in partnership with other health and social care professionals, to assess client's individual needs and ensure delivery of a quality and tailored package of care.
Alice and Charlotte are the company's Senior Support Workers and have many years of experience in the social care sector. The senior support workers provide support to the company's clients, management team and support workers. Alice is also the company's in-house training provider.
All Support Workers are provided with comprehensive training to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high quality care and support to all clients and their families. Support workers, who are new to care, are required to complete the Care Certificate, this qualification was introduced in April 2015 and covers 15 standards, as specified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to ensure high standards of person centred care.
