Alison, the Registered Manager, has been employed within health and social care for several years. During this time Alison has gained valuable experience of managing people and was instrumental in developing staff training programmes and policies and procedures. Alison completed a Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care in 2013, passing with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science, Health Studies with first class honours in 2015. Jessica is the General Manager and is responsible for all company accountancy procedures.
Alice, Amy and Jenni are the company's senior support workers and have many years of experience in the social care sector. The senior support workers provide support to the company's clients, management team and support workers.
All Support Workers are provided with comprehensive training to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver high quality care and support to all clients and their families. Support workers, who are new to care, are required to complete the Care Certificate, this qualification was introduced in April 2015 and covers 15 standards, as specified by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to ensure high standards of person centred care.
